They told us Aaron was ours for a short time.
They told us to love him while we could.
So while he lay we told how much he meant to us.
We loved him and held him close to our hearts.
When the time came that he was too tired to go on,
Jesus took him home to rest.
We had our chance to share his little life.
With that we say goodbye to our darling Aaron.
